To ensure a productive Telehealth appointment, it’s essential to prepare your environment and technology in advance. Choose a quiet, private location where you can speak freely and focus without interruptions—avoid taking the appointment while driving, as the provider will finish the call immediately. Make sure you have a stable internet connection to prevent disruptions in audio or video. Log into the portal at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check any assessments needed prior the appointment. Additionally, have any relevant medical documents, questions, or notes handy.

For new patients, please visit our contact page to connect with a MediPsych patient care representative.

For existing patients, you can manage your care and reach out to the appropriate team depending on your question by logging into the patient portal.

MediPsych providers are mental health professionals, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, Physician Assistants and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.

Every provider goes through a rigorous hiring and vetting process and are selected for their ability to provide best-in-class care. Our providers join us with years of experience under their belt and active licenses in the states we serve.

After your initial consultation, your provider will be able to determine and recommend how often they would like to see you based on your treatment plan. At a minimum, psychiatric medication management requires a monthly visit between you and a MediPsych prescribing provider.

Appointments & Scheduling

A telehealth appointment is one conducted virtually from wherever you're most comfortable. At MediPsych, we utilize Zoom for live and secure video conferencing between our patients and providers. You can use your mobile phone, iPad, tablet, or computer as long as you have a reliable internet connection and video camera.

For new patients, complete your enrollment here and a Patient Care Coordinator will be in touch to schedule your initial consultation.

For existing patients, please log in to your patient portal to schedule your next visit.

Missed appointments and Late Cancellations prevent MediPsych providers from being able to care for you and other patients who need care. Your health plan will not reimburse MediPsych for Missed appointments or Late Cancellations.

Suppose you miss your appointment, or cancel your appointment within 2 business days of your schedule visit. In that case, MediPsych will be forced to terminate your care and refer you back to your health plan for additional referrals.

All prescription refills require an appointment. If you are planning to be out of town, please notify your provider during your visit so they can make appropriate arrangements for you.

Most pharmacies will contact you when your medication is ready for pick-up. Prescribed medications are called in or sent in to the pharmacy electronically and are typically ready for same-day pick up based on the pharmacy's operating hours and workload.

If you do not receive notification from the pharmacy that your medication is ready, please contact them first to determine why there is a delay in completing the submission. If they have been unable to contact us, please notify us by logging into the patient portal and sending a message.
