What Can You Expect From Your First Session with Cindy Bishop
During your first visit with me, I will focus on learning about you, asking you about the specific problem that inspired you to seek therapy, what symptoms you may be experiencing, a brief sketch of your life story including some questions about your history and family of origin along with any experience you’ve had with therapy in the past. It’s also important to discuss any goals you hope to achieve over the course of treatment and what I can do to help get you there.
