My approach will be tailored to your specific needs, to help you open up and see things from a different perspective. These include EMDR, mindfulness, psychodynamic psychology, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am interactive, and solution focused. I nurture a collaborative and creative process of therapy to aid in your brave journey towards healing, self-awareness, serenity, and transforming your life and relationships. I will walk the path with you every step of the way.

What Can You Expect From Your First Session

Session One: Our first session is focused on understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve identifying your goals and creating a plan for treatment.

Session Two: As we continue building our therapeutic relationship, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and underlying issues that may be contributing to your current struggles. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, addiction, betrayal, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship concerns.

Session Three: Beginning the healing process, we’ll have a clearer understanding of your goals and the direction of therapy. Healing is not about finding a quick fix—it is about creating meaningful, lasting change.
