My compassionate and empathetic approach focuses on unlocking inner resources for healing and resilience. I studied Expressive Arts Therapy and have a passion for Person Centered Therapy. My work is informed by Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, with a strength-based and trauma informed lens.
