She began her career in family practice and later completed UCSF’s PMHNP program to better serve patients with unmet mental health needs. She provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive counseling for adolescents and adults, offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care tailored to each individual. Her holistic, evidence-based approach supports emotional, physical, and mental well-being. She is fluent in Korean. Outside of work, Soyoung is a wife and mother of three who enjoys family time, hiking, and organizing. She is committed to walking alongside each patient on their journey to wellness.
