Personalized Care Approach
Approach to treatment
Trisha’s focus is to work collaboratively with her clients to identify what is distressing for them and then work together to find ways that will help them identify solutions. Her goal is to help her clients find a safe space to be heard and learn to trust that the solutions are inside of them. In her practice, she takes a supportive, empowering and interactive role using different interventions including solution focused, narrative, cognitive behavioral and experiential therapy. Together, they will determine what works best for her client. Trisha believes learning to trust your own process of discovering who you are, is the most important factor in making change in your life.
Trisha provides a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can expect to spend some time discussing how challenging situations, emotions and behaviors affect your life.
